Wordle 4 is the latest in the Wordle puzzle series. The game has a simple premise, spell words from letters that are connected together. Each of the games categories contain a certain amount of levels that involve either a letter or how long a word is. This version of the game puts an image of the word your looking for all of the letter levels while the word length levels do not. There is a hint button to help you out and once you complete a category you get more hints to use.
The game has a very clean appearance and the audio effects were good. What hurts this game is that it was pretty easy for most of the game. Since the letter categories all had pictures showing what the word was, it was just a matter of figuring out what the picture was and finding the word. Earlier games in the series did not do this and are more like the word length levels which are more challenging. Even with a hundred levels spread out over twenty nine categories, a lot of the challenge did not come into play until the last few categories. Still, even with the reduced difficulty this series keeps evolving and one that I plan to keep an eye on in the future.
