This was a pretty quiet week for gaming.  I played my usual mobile games along with some indie PC games.  Admittedly, I wasn't in much of a mood to do a lot of gaming this week.  I'm hoping to change that this week.

This was a so-so week for gaming.  I played a bunch of smaller PC indie games along with my mobile games.  I got some NHL 94 and NBA JAM TE in on my SNES.  I saw some random things from the Nintentdo Direct that interested me, but nothing that made me go "WOW".  I had the same feeling with Blizzcon.

I had a good week of gaming.  Besides playing my normal mobile games, I got a decent amount of VR time in with multiple VR games.  Most of my time went to The Thrill Of The Fight which is a great, but tiring boxing game.  For retro gaming I've been playing NHL 94 for the SNES and I am having a blast with it.  As far as other PC games, the Lunar sale was this past week and I was able to pick up a few different games and DLC from multiple store fronts.  The best news I got was the Epic Store got Scott Pilgram vs. The World and that is a game I've been wanting to play again for a long time.  I'm glad someone finally got it back out to the public to buy and play.

Last week was a quiet gaming week.  Most of my time was spent playing VR games along with my usual mobile games.  I was able to put some time into Cobra Kai:  The Karate Kid Saga Continues with my brother and we both enjoyed it.  I have a mini vacation this week from my job so I plan on doing some content for the site along with some retro gaming.

Overall this week was focused on mobile games and my new VR headset.  After putting in some more time with my Oculus Quest 2 I am liking it.  On mobile I have been sticking with Era of Chaos and have made really good progress in the game.  Besides that I have been playing some random PC games and working on some content for the site.  I plan to do the same thing this week as well.

I got a new VR headset this week.  I upgraded to an Oculus Quest 2 from my original Oculus Rift.  I got a link cable so I am able to play all of my rift games on the Quest 2.  I have only have  had a small chance to play around with it, but so far I like it.  The fact that I no longer have to have multiple cables going around my computer room to power external sensors is going to be nice.  I plan on spending some more time on my Quest 2 later this week.

Besides that I really haven't had a lot of time to sit back and play any retro or PC games.  I've been playing mobile games like I always do with my focus still being on Era of Chaos.  I plan on doing some PC gaming later on this week.

So this week I spent an equal amount of time focusing on this site and enjoying the rest of my vacation.  As far as the site I am still working on making some changes to it, some visible some not.  Most of the changes are just to make my life easier updating the site.  Some of the other changes are how I write up content to make it more informative.  While it's still going to take some time to get everything the way I want it, everything is on the right track.

As far as gaming goes, I was able to get in a fair amount of PC gaming last week.  Nothing in particular, mostly just random indie games.  I did end up playing some retro games with Hunter The Reckoning on the Xbox taking most of my time.  On mobile I have been staying consistent with all my games with most of my time going to Era of Chaos.

So I have had a busy week.  On top of working on content for the site, I am still working on the new site design.  So far it is going good and I am liking the results.  However, there is still a lot of work that has to be done.  I did get my first mobile game review up on the new mobile game section of the site.  While Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Madness is actually my fourth mobile review, it is the start of a new section for the site and that is something to be excited about.

As far as gaming I really didn't get much time to do much this week.  I've been playing some games here and there, but nothing really noteworthy.  I am planning some time to play some PC and console games later this week.  I am still playing a lot of mobile games with my focus being on FFBE:  War of The Visions, Marvel Strike Force and Might and Magic:  Era of Chaos.

Hello and Happy New Year!  So I finally have a chance to come back to work on this site.  My job has finally slowed down enough that I actually have some extra free time now.  This past year has not been that great for this site which is really disappointing since the year before was great.  I am hoping to have another great year of content.

My plan is to overhaul the site to make it a little more modern which I started doing on the home page.  I then plan to redo each section of the site to make them more informative.  Finally, while I don't plan on changing my review structure, I do plan on updating some of my earlier reviews.  I am also going back to doing content throughout the month versus doing it all at the beginning. 

As far as my gaming, I have really been focused on Might and Magic:  Era of Chaos for mobile.  I am having a blast with it and one big factor is that I am also a huge fan of the Heroes of Might and Magic games which this game reminds me of.   I've been playing Smart Ball for the SNES based on a recommendation from a friend and some Rainbow Six Siege with my brother.

Well, this is a little disappointing.  I was hoping to get up the August content for the site this past weekend plus a game review and as you can see that hasn't happened yet.  While my job did get a lot less busy, I was so tired after working almost two weeks in a row, I decided to take a mini stay-cation when I got my days off.  We all need a break sometimes.  My stay-cation resulted in me playing World of Warcraft with my brother and his friends along with my usual mobile games.

The good news is that all the August content for the site is done and will be uploaded no later than August 8th, hopefully sooner.  After that I can start working on content for September.
